Biking with Photographic Equipment

< 1 min read

Adventure cyclists who love photography can face challenges carrying their cameras while biking. Two options are carrying it on the body or on the bike, with the former being better for the camera but the latter allowing the bike to carry the weight. The best method depends on the camera size and weight. Hip packs are a good option for carrying cameras while mountain biking because they provide protection similar to a backpack but are less sweaty. However, they may not be suitable for larger cameras and can be uncomfortable when overloaded. It’s best to keep the weight below 1.5kg.  If you need more camera gear let the support car carry it for you.
