Our multi-day mountain biking adventures include breakfast, lunch, and dinner during ride days. We carefully select local restaurants for most meals, ensuring quality and cleanliness to prevent food-related illnesses. If we ever feel a restaurant’s food quality has changed or is questionable, we will advise everyone and choose an alternative—keeping you healthy on the trail is our top priority!
Dietary Restrictions #
If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can make every effort to accommodate your needs. However, in remote regions like the Amazon, food options can be limited, and meeting specific dietary requirements may not always be possible. Our Amazon wilderness adventures are in areas without typical tourist services, and the indigenous communities where we stay may not be able to prepare specialized meals. We advise you to check with us before booking so we can provide guidance. Traditional local ingredients and cooking methods may not align with all dietary preferences, so we recommend bringing any essential snacks or supplements you may need.
Ride Snacks & Hydration #
We provide snacks, sports hydration, and water for the ride, but if you have specific preferences or a particularly favorite brand of energy bars, feel free to bring your own, not all brands are available here in Colombia.. We recommend you bring your own CamelBack for carrying your hydration.
